1) I agree to abide by and be bound to any and all rules and regulations affecting the premises or the common area appurtenant thereto which may be adopted by the Homeowners' Association having control over them, and to keep all sound to a level that does not disturb other tenants.

2) I agree to pay for any damages that may be caused by anyone in my party, beyond normal wear and tear.

3) I agree that I will lock all windows and doors upon exiting the condo.

4) At check out time, I agree to leave all condo keys on the kitchen counter and lock the condo and main entry doors.

5) I agree that the Landlord and Landlord's agent shall have the right at reasonable times to enter the property to show it to prospective tenants or to make repairs, only if necessary. An attempt will be made to notify renter in advance.

6) I understand that owner and agent carry no insurance on the personal property of tenants.

7) I understand that no cancellation is allowed during special event periods unless condominium is re-rented to another tenant.

8) I agree to remove all trash upon my departure.

9) All rental guidelines are deemed a part of this rental agreement.
